Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully. By accessing or using Fuora's self-serve products and services ("Self-Serve Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Fuora Inc. ("Fuora", "we", "us", or "our") may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement applies to Fuora's Self-Serve Services accessed or purchased directly through Fuora's website or applications.
Enterprise, custom, or negotiated plans are governed by separate written agreements.
Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users under 18 years may use the Services only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
You are responsible for account confidentiality, all activity under your account, and all actions by authorized users. Sharing credentials, reselling access, scraping, reverse engineering, and unauthorized automation are prohibited.
You must comply with this Agreement and applicable law. Fuora may remove content or suspend/terminate access if misuse, policy violation, or legal/security risk is detected.
You retain ownership of your customer content and remain solely responsible for legality, accuracy, and permissions.
By submitting content, you grant Fuora a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, modify, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Services.
Fuora may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve services and publish non-identifiable insights.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Fuora is not responsible for their availability or practices.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled. Free trials may convert to paid plans unless canceled before expiry. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Fuora does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Beta features are provided "as is" and may be changed or removed at any time without warranties.
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or fees paid in the prior 3 months.
You agree to indemnify Fuora against claims related to your content, misuse of services, or legal violations.
You may cancel anytime (effective end of billing cycle). Fuora may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk, or misuse.
Fuora is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
You may not assign this Agreement without Fuora's consent. Fuora may assign freely, including in mergers or acquisitions.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Self-Serve Services.
